$NEOPRIME is a private market exposure (PMX) token developed by Hecto and issued on the Canton Network. It is a tokenized debenture linked to the assets held in Neoprime Capital’s SPV.

Holders have contractual creditor rights against the SPV. They do not hold shares in the SPV or in any portfolio company, and they have no voting or information rights in those companies.

Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security or token in any jurisdiction. Any offer is made only through the offering documents and only to persons eligible to receive it.

Availability of $NEOPRIME is subject to eligibility requirements and applicable law, which differ by jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to determine whether you may hold it.

• Private company valuations are uncertain, infrequently observed and can change sharply.
• The SPV’s positions may be illiquid. There may be no market for $NEOPRIME at any given time, or at any given price.
• The value of your creditor right depends on the SPV’s NAV and on the NAV methodology. NAV is a calculation, not a guarantee.
• The portfolio is concentrated in one theme and a small number of companies.
• Tokens and ledgers carry operational, technological and legal risk, including loss of access.
• Past NAV is not a guide to future NAV. You may lose the entire amount you commit.

NAV is recalculated every five minutes and published to a public log whenever it changes, each publication recorded on the Canton Network. Neoprime Capital may correct an error by publishing a subsequent entry; entries are not edited or removed.
